About Integra-CI and the Expert
Tzahi Nemet is a senior software engineer with over 20 years of experience in industry — software engineering, security, large-scale distributed systems, and engineering leadership. The Integra-CI practice, founded in 2015, specialises in expert witness opinions for Israeli courts, software architecture reviews, and fractional technical leadership. The practice is Israel-focused but accepts cross-border engagements that need English-language opinions or testimony in international arbitration tribunals.
Professional approach
Two principles run through every engagement in the practice:
- Evidence before narrative. Every conclusion — in a court opinion, an architecture review, or a board memo — is anchored to evidence that can be independently verified (a commit hash, a log line, a signed document), not on a "general impression". This is what separates an analysis that survives cross-examination from one that does not.
- Method before shortcut. A complex matter is priced correctly rather than rushed. If a case does not fit — the timeline does not work, the required specialty is missing, or there is a conflict of interest — it is declined in the introductory call, not in a late-stage close-out memo.
Education and Credentials
Listed on the Israeli Courts' expert-witness registry.
- B.Sc. Software Engineering — Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering
- ISTQB Certified (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
- Israeli citizen. Working languages: Hebrew and English — court-grade writing in both
- Practice founded: 2015. Based in Herzliya
Primary areas of expertise
- Software architecture and distributed systems. Analysis of design decisions, identification of architectural failure modes, assessment of distributed systems (microservices, event-driven, streaming pipelines), and stack selection against scale requirements.
- Information security and secure systems. Implementation of security controls, analysis of security incidents (CVE work, breach forensics), compliance assessment (ISO 27001, SOC 2), and the defense of sensitive SaaS architectures.
- Databases and transactional integrity. Data integrity analysis, race conditions, version recovery, and handling of data corruption in a legal context.
- Code copyright and IP. Code comparison, git-blame analysis, style fingerprinting, and similarity assessment between codebases in IP disputes.
- Financial systems and trading platforms. Settlement systems, pricing algorithms, electronic trading and clearing — with the Israeli-specific technical-regulatory context.
- Digital healthcare. ICU systems, electronic health records, and clinical-grade development under AAMI / IEC 62304.
Industry background
Engineering and engineering-leadership roles across leading Israeli software companies. This is employment history — not a client list. It is included because depth of engineering and exposure to scale are the foundation from which an expert opinion is written.
- SolarEdge Technologies — Development Team Lead (2022-2023). Monitoring and analysis of millions of devices worldwide; distributed cloud systems (AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes); Python microservices (FastAPI, Flask, Pandas); Airflow DAGs processing massive device-data streams.
- NameIT IntegraCI — Group Manager (2017-2023). Built and ran an engineering services company that grew to 40 staff. Node.js / strict TypeScript REST APIs, Angular, OIDC, CI/CD, cloud and on-prem product development for enterprise customers.
- Matrix — Software Group Lead (2016-2017). Led two engineering teams; .NET / ASP.NET Web API + Angular, AWS, SQL Server, customer-facing systems in utilities and e-commerce.
- Promisec — Group Lead (2014-2016). Endpoint management, endpoint security, and EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response); threat detection; integration with Active Directory, Group Policy, and WMI/Win32.
- NICE Systems — Senior Software Engineer (2012-2014). Architected near-real-time distributed systems on 50+ Windows Servers; C# / WCF / MSMQ / RabbitMQ; high-volume event processing.
- Earlier background (2003-2012): mPrest, Qualitest, Elbit, NICE Systems, McKesson. Software development and QA across defense, enterprise software, and digital health (telemedicine).
Appearances and testimony
Opinions and testimony have been delivered in Hebrew and English to Israeli courts and to Israeli arbitration tribunals. Per practice confidentiality policy, specific matters are not cited in public marketing — references are available to prospective clients in the introductory call, by mutual agreement.
Services offered
- Expert witness opinions — written opinion in Hebrew or English, formatted for filing in an Israeli civil, criminal, or administrative court.
- Fractional CTO — senior technical leadership for Israeli scale-ups. Three months, two days per week.
- Architecture review — independent assessment of a software system ahead of a funding round, acquisition decision, or vendor change. Project-scoped, not a retainer.
- AI / LLM Review — architecture and methodology review for systems integrating language models, including expert opinions in AI disputes.
